The Sea Glass Initiative is a nonprofit organization based in Baldwin County, Alabama, dedicated to addressing homelessness and housing insecurity in the region.
Founded in September 2023 by three nonprofit directors who recognized critical gaps in services for the unhoused.

A community where every individual has access to safe, stable housing and is treated with dignity and compassion.
Why “Sea Glass”?
The name symbolizes transformation—just as broken glass becomes something beautiful through time and pressure, the initiative aims to help individuals rebuild their lives from hardship into stability and hope.
